I’m Malek — a 36-year-old Jordanian Canadian, a proud girl dad, a mechatronics engineer, and the founder of Mighty Daughters.
When my daughter Salma was born, something shifted in me. I felt an overwhelming sense of responsibility, not just to protect her, but to empower her — to raise her with the kind of presence, love, and intentional fatherhood every girl deserves. I promised myself she would grow up knowing her worth, not questioning it.
That promise became even more important when I went through a divorce. It was one of the hardest seasons of my life, but the same principles I now teach through Mighty Daughters helped me and Salma navigate it with honesty, connection, and emotional safety. Later, when I remarried, those tools helped us build a healthy and loving daughter–stepmother dynamic too.

As a mechatronics engineer, I’ve always been passionate about solving problems — and I saw one that desperately needed solving: too many girls growing up without the strong, secure foundation of fatherhood. Too many dads unsure how to show up, communicate, or guide their daughters in a world that often confuses power with presence.
So I built Mighty Daughters to be that solution. A space where fathers grow into the men their daughters need — emotionally attuned, deeply involved, and unafraid to lead with love.
Along my own journey, I’ve done the hard inner work — years of healing, therapy, and breaking cycles from my own childhood. I believe every man deserves a chance to heal. But I also believe we can become the kind of fathers our daughters won’t have to heal from.
If you’re here, it’s probably because you feel the same. Welcome to Mighty Daughters — let’s raise them strong.
